Kehittyvissä maissakin tehdään paljon kauppaa. Johtuen omasta pitkästä suhteestani Nepaliin, olen päättänyt käynnistää projektin kaupan alan palvelujen tarjoamisesta Nepalissa ja mahdollisesti myös lähialueen maissa. Minulla on hyvä, luotettu ja pitkään tuntemani yhteistyökumppani siellä, joka jo toimii kaupan alalla. Kävin pääsiäisenä Nepalissa ja käynti oli niin positiivinen – itse asiassa saimme jo tilauksia – että jatkamme projektia. Tavoitteena on käynnistää toiminta tämän vuoden aikana ja pistää siihen lisää vauhtia ensi vuonna. Kerron lisää tästä projektista tässä blogissa.
Also the developing countries have sound retail environment. I have a long relationship with Nepal and also good, reliable partner there. Therefore I decided to research the market and see if there are any possibilities for selling retail services. I visited Nepal in March-April and met quite many local retailers. There is clearly need for many services and therefore we are taking the next step. Actually we already received some preliminary requests, so our aim is to build the basis for the operation this year, launch it and expand it next year. Who knows, maybe in the future we can also enter neighboring countries; Bangladesh, Burma and the jewel of the crown, India.
